During the Corona times, it was getting really hard for me because I was not playing every day anymore. I found BALFIT, and I am so happy to train with Michael. He includes a vast variety of different exercises from speed, ballwork, change in direction, agility, coordination, strength, and scoring/finishing. The training sessions are very organized and you get a lot of different practices only within an hour.
If you are an aspiring footballer, I say that BALFIT’s trainings are very beneficial in order to get to that goal. It is very professional and well-planned, and I promise it is very worth it.
Michael is also a great and kind person! He is really nice, and is happy enough to take videos during the training in order to show progress or review an exercise in order to improve it. Great teacher!
Overall, I recommend BALFIT to anyone who wants a good training session to improve their football skills. 🙂
